Jesus will say to Nicodemus "You must be born again", but what does it mean to be "born again"? How is someone born again? Jesus explains to Nicodemus, a teacher of Israel, that God has been showing the necessity of new birth since Adam and Eve fell into sin. The question for each person is "Have we been born again?"
